To be successful however, it is equally important that you understand what others in the chain have done and what their results have been. We work with a nice mix of people with complementary skillsets. Professionals who increase their impact by being part of a greater vehicle.
“Sounds interesting, more things that I need to know? Any hidden surprises?” Yes. You should know that we earn with every hour that you work through us, but we think that is logical. We have a method in which the acquirer of the contract, the performing professional and Professional Insiders all have a fair share. Such a distribution method is of course also quite interesting for you as you bring contracts into the network.
“Probably more than enough people like me?” Never enough talent. So if you think you fit here: give it a try. We are curious what you can add to our network. ‘
“Okay, but do I have to work exclusively for you then?” Please go ahead and do your own thing. We do not hold hands. ‘Exclusivity’ is also a strange concept in times of Web 2.0, blue ocean and cocreation. Also – it would be bizarre if you are a typical Professional Insider – but would wait for us to come along with a job. To sum up: connectting with us does not guarantee jobs. The chance for an assignments increases however if you are active yourself in our network.
