Professional Insiders is an internationally oriented agency for freelancers specialising in organizational development and -change, with a strong focus on people and talent. In our network are coaches, trainers, actors, business consultants, scientists and HR people. All very experienced in their area of expertise, true insiders one could say. Except our professionals would like to stay outsiders and are only available by the hour.

Since we don’t just hire anyone, chances are that the professionals in your projectteam have worked together more than once already. Professional Insiders has a unique approach, in the sense that our independant professionals all specialize in one or more components of our integrated program for organizational development or -change. We work with a nice mix of people with complementary skillsets. Not competitors, but professionals who increase their impact by being part of a greater vehicle.

Building on that vision, Professional Insiders puts together project groups of specialists, based on specific client situations. This way both our selfemployed specialists and our clients are assured of integrated projectmanagement. To keep track of goals, timelines, budgets and progression, we work with online based projectmanagement tools.
