Prevue ® Assessment is a psychometric assessment developed by Prof. David Bartram (University of Hull, England), commissioned by ICES Assessment Systems Inc. Prévue ® is a scientifically developed method to measure work-related characteristics of people. The instrument can be used:
- to support the prediction of the suitability of job applicants to specific functions;
- to support a team development process;
- to identify specific training and coaching needs of staff.
Prevue ® is a unique software package. Individuals and job profiles are linked to each other. This link is called a “benchmark”. The results of this benchmark can be used for:
- Recruitment and selection
- Coaching and training
- Culture Ponds
- MD routes
- Career Planning
- Mapping of the high potentials
- Career development
- Outplacement
The validation of prevue ® was held in the United States, Canada, England, Singapore, Malaysia and the Netherlands. About 5200 people working in different professions have participated in the validation group. The people in the validation study represent a fair cross-section of international work file. For the Netherlands, use was made of official information by the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS). The prevue ® Assessment is a multi-racial, multicultural and multilingual valid instrument.
